For over 13 years we have dedicated ourselves to cooking food from multiple ethnicity origins. We have found a way to express our sensitivity and love we have for human beings and nature through our food. In our long journey interacting with multiple gastronomic cultures we have found that all countries cuisines have rich qualities that deserve to be exposed and known to the American people. In th

is cultural adventure, cooking multi-ethnic food, we want to keep the fundamentals of each recipe but put a special emphasis on the nutritional aspects of it. We use only the best and most natural ingredients. Our concept can fits into a casual style restaurant, where we put important touches in the use of technology as a tool to carry out our marketing strategy. We believe today, more than ever, we are living in a world without borders, a world where it is incredibly easy to pe*****te other cultures and meet other lifestyles ways of feeding humans.
