Salmon, lamb chops, mint chimichurri, and charred green beans—all brought together with intention.
This plate represents the standard we’re continuing to build at Pecan Grove BBQ: quality food, strong presentation, and making sure every customer feels like they received their money’s worth. The plate came together beautifully, and more importantly, the customers enjoyed every part of it.
Next week, we’re heading into a big family reunion cook, so the next couple of weeks will be busy—but we’re looking forward to showcasing more of what we do best.
Hard work. Real smoke. Low and slow.

We had the opportunity to fire up some smoked salmon and lamb chops—items we don't get to cook every day—and we're grateful for every chance to keep sharpening our craft.

As we head out of the Fourth of July weekend, we just want to say thank you to everyone who continues to support Pecan Grove BBQ. We hope you and your families had a safe, happy, and blessed Independence Day. Enjoyed the food, and made some memories.

From the first fire to the last slice, this pop-up was one for the books. Every brisket, rib, and plate was cooked with purpose, and we're grateful for everyone who trusted Pecan Grove BBQ with their table.
But the best part of the day came after the smoke cleared. My brother from the military made the trip all the way from Italy, and after eight years apart, we picked up right where we left off. A few drinks, a whole lot of laughs, and stories that only military family could understand.
Time changes a lot... but real friendships don't.
Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. Until the next cook. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏿🔥🇺🇸
