Brisket Frachos – crispy fries loaded with our slow-smoked brisket, nacho cheese, m**h sauce & bbq !
The Mother Clucker – our pickle brined fried chicken sandwich with lettuce, pickle, and mayo on a brioche bun.

TOMORROW (Saturday)
📍 Catch us EARLY AT Valdez Brewing Saturday market! They have tons of vendors this week!
🕙 10 AM until sellout
We'll have:
Beignets dusted with powdered sugar.
Smoked Ribs— with our Brown Bag Betty Beer-B-Que Sauce
🛍️ Shop local vendors, 🍺 grab a beer from our friends!

Don't forget we have smash burgers on the menu from 11-3 PM then it's fish & chips & po' boys till 9 PM everyday!

Huge thank you to everyone for a wildly busy 4th of July weekend between Poor Betty’s & Mac It Up Ak ! We couldn’t have done it without our friends Valdez Brewing Wilson Brothers, our friends and the Nana behind the scenes… We had another record breaking 4th, and sold out at Forest Fair. We are truely humbled and grateful for all the love and support !

Extra big thank you to Stan Stephens Cruises for taking out staff out on Monday for our employee appreciation day. They had a blast in our gorgeous Prince William Sound ❤️❤️❤️

Today we have our burgers back until 3 PM.. & Mother Cluckers, Philly, and Brisket Frachos while they last! So come by & grab a beer while you wait or call it in !
