Our Menu offers a variety of dishes inspired by the traditions of Southern Italy. We use only proven recipes which have been handed down from generation to generation. Each of our dishes are prepared daily, using the best products available each season. Our pizza dough is the product of long experience combined with a perfect rising and blend of natural ingredients; including refined flour, yeast, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Our pizzas complex taste is due in part to the usage of only fresh ingredients. From our imported tomato sauce, high quality mozzarella and Parmigiano cheeses, right down to the freshest vegetables and meats, you can always expect quality and excellence in all our food.
