SUMMER PART 1 ☀️ 🍒 🍓
If you came by the cafe today you might have seen that we silently launched new summer drinks! In the world full of sugar and trends we always try to bring you coffee or matcha forward drinks with fun seasonal flavors. We hope you enjoy this short run of beverages made with all in-house made elements.
DARK CHERRY CAPPUCCINO 🍒 ☕️
Espresso, cherry vanilla syrup, steamed milk & cacao. A smooth balanced drink. This syrup is also available for iced lattes, we just preferred it in a short drink. It’s easily become a staff favorite.
SUMMER SOLSTICE 🌅 🍹
Another one of our infamous Spirit Tea Morning Mist green tea concoctions. This combo was put together by one of our staff. Green tea, tangerine juice, strawberry, basil, vanilla bean & heavy cream all shaken over ice. All we have to say is, do you like sherbet ice cream?! 🤤

A returning espresso & tonic to our menu for the THIRD YEAR! Fever Treet tonic water, cherry vanilla syrup & single origin espresso (which is currently our washed Ethiopian - Shakiso Gigesa). Nostalgic vibes and reminiscent of your favorite soda.
MATCHA FREDDO 🍓
A treat for the real matcha lovers. If you love the taste of matcha but want to be extra - this is your drink. Our Spirit Tea Then & Now matcha prepared over ice and topped with strawberry cream. It’s a balance of textures and sweetness while still letting the matcha shine. ✨
