We’re open today until 7pm. It seems we tend to showcase our bread more than anything, but we just couldn’t help it today!

Check out our newest sandwich Chic on Weck! It’s chicken thighs blackened in beef tallow, slowly braised after and just a hint of hot honey to balance out that spice. We think it’s a winner 🏆

Nothing is more embarrassing than having a customer order food and not get it . As much as it bothers you, it really really bothers me (us). Sadly it happens every day.

We’re back today after our week of vacation! As promised, we have a few new options—and more to come throughout the week.

Today we’re launching our Bird Bites ATW. It’s our hand-breaded Bird Bites tossed with our homemade hot honey and Utica Gold Beer Cheese hit with a touch of Cajun spice, served with a side of Ranch.

This is how our staff has been eating them since the beginning. Now it’s time to bring them to you!

Chic on Weck — Our mouthwatering blackened chicken piled onto our house Kummelweck roll. Boneless chicken thighs seasoned with Cajun spice, seared in beef tallow, then slowly braised in their own juices to create a chopped and shredded masterpiece. So tender and flavorful, you’ll fall in love on the first bite.

Another story from this small town six miles east of Utica. Today they’re offering another pizza deal. They still fry all of their wings in beef tallow and all wings sauces are also seed oil free.

While we’re closed for the week check out this pizza challenge that’s been issued. They’re also using beef tallow down there and do a great burger and not to mention pizza. We’re proud to be affiliated with this seed oil free establishment.

We’ll be closing this week for a little break.

While we’re away, we’ll be working on some new ideas, making a few changes, and putting together some nice surprises we think everyone will really enjoy.
