Happy birthday to someone who has been part of Rosa’s since day one. ❤️

26 years ago, Maria was there when we first opened our doors, and she’s still here today. Through all the good, the bad and everything in between that comes with running a restaurant, Maria has always been there for Rosa and our entire team.

After 26 years, she’s so much more than an employee. She’s family. ❤️

Today we’re celebrating Maria a little extra because it’s her birthday, but we hope she knows just how much she is appreciated every single day.

Stepped away from baking cookies at the deli for a few minutes this morning to watch Rosa get on the bus for her first day of kindergarten. ❤️🚌

Four of our grandchildren are starting school today, and we couldn’t be more proud of them! Be sure to see what Little Rosie wants to be when she grows up. ❤️

Good luck to all the students, teachers, faculty and staff starting a new school year this week. Wishing you all a wonderful year ahead!

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Maria’s beloved husband, Leonid Ogiyevich, has passed away unexpectedly.

For those who know Maria, you know she is a foundational part of Rosa’s Trattoria and has been for 26 years. She is a very special part of our Rosa’s family, and we are so deeply sorry for her loss.

We ask that you please keep Maria and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
