Ko Fusion on Campus is a new service casual experiance offering Natural Meats, and Local Produce. The inspiration behind this quick casual concept was the increasing popularity of Dollar Sushi Sundays and Mondays at its downtown location. Dollar Sushi offers sushi rolls by the piece, giving guests the freedom to taste several different rolls rather than having to commit to a whole roll. Recognizing the demand and inconvenience of transportation from campus to the downtown location, the Bubin family decided to bring Dollar Sushi to campus. Whether you are looking for a nice place to sit down and grab a bite to eat, or looking for a quick take out meal, and now delivering in C-U, Ko Fusion on Campus welcomes you.
