Bitter sweet! Yes -but things happen for reasons…
This week has been another roller coaster with my dad (he has so many health/Medical Issues)-a broken tooth led us to his cardiologist for pulling clearance and instead they found his pacemaker/defibrillator has been in emergency mode since Sept 25😳
Heart procedure was yesterday-he’s home - mostly bed ridden for a few weeks-where is this going?
Life-
It changes for everyone and after many years of dedication to providing for my aging parents, I’m also going to start pursuing my future. Time is ticking …⏳
Sooooo with that said…
Starting Immediately-
EATLY will be taking a pause to assist my dad after his surgery…
Still will be Caregiving…
1. I’ve also accepted a Culinary Instructors position (will announce where when I’m permitted)..Excited to mentor others
2. I will also be traveling to Italy a few times a year for Italian Life/Education and further my Culinary Studies during my work breaks from this area.
3. 601 N Fountain Ave will soon be going up for Sale. A lot has been done recently with updating and know it will be a beautiful home/restaurant/additional rental property/commercial/mixed use property for the right individuals.
*there might be an option for the right individual who isn’t interested in the whole property for me to split property for their own house and business with not the big Victorian house in the mix. (Time and right individual will dictate)
In the meantime-our Fountain Gardens (EATLY space) is still available for private parties/catering!
(10 or more people)
Thank you everyone 🙏❤️ I love and appreciate you all-and until we meet again soon, promise..
