I may be the only person who thought I could just open a restaurant in the middle of a global pandemic and actually think we could be successful. Staff was trained, we hired an amazing chef, we staffed waitress, we painted and cleaned and redecorated the space, we bought equipment, pots and pans! We ordered French cafe chairs, we tested menu items, we served to family and friends...we created a unique menu, we purchased sooooo many out door plants, we served all the things and in the end (well, the beginning), we couldn’t get someone to “insure a new restaurant venture at this time.”...so, now my dreams of my flower cafe sit inside a storage unit, just waiting for me to give up and donate them. They are just waiting for the time to pass, the pandemic to be over so they can try and come back to life...one day. Until then, thank you all who came out and enjoyed the time with us. It was a wonderful experience and I’m so happy I tried. -♥️Kristie
