Fort 88’s Passport to Summer Series is back! Join us each weekend this summer as we feature foods from different countries. It’s week eight of our passport series and we are headed to Fiji 🇫🇯

Appetizer: Kokoda - citrus marinated mahi mahi with coconut milk, shallots, tomatoes and cilantro

Entree: Fijian style fish curry - red snapper that is steamed then grilled in a banana leaf with vegetable curry and rice

Dessert - Fiji-style cream puff - fresh baked bun with cream and luxardo cherries 🍒
