The Restaurant is a re-creation of the town's original saloon built in the 1880's and demolished during Prohibition. The inviting interior is complete with an ornate Eastlake Style back-bar, a black walnut long bar milled on site, and old-growth redwood wainscoting salvaged from the hotel next door. In the tradition of the original saloon, we proudly offer our customers fine food as well as local wines, micro-brews and a full bar, all at affordable prices. We're open for lunch and dinner daily.

We’re delighted to see Tallman Hotel & Blue Wing featured in CABBI’s fall roundup from Boutique Hotels of California.

The feature highlights our October 15 Whiskey Distiller’s Paired Dinner, with four courses by Chef Pablo Aguilar, spirits from Mendocino Spirits, and piano by Paul Kemp. You’ll also find Tallman’s Fall Into Lake County package for turning dinner out into a seasonal escape.

Every meal we pack carries a heartfelt thank-you. 🤍

Our Blue Wing kitchen team is continuing to prepare complimentary to-go meals for all firefighters helping protect Lake County. We’re grateful for the chance to care for those who are doing so much for our community.

To our firefighters: we hope these meals bring a little comfort during long, demanding days. Thank you for your dedication and for everything you’re giving to protect the place we call home.
