This is our Fundido de chorizo con papas (choripapas. Is made with Mexican chorizo, Yukon potatoes, and queso mixto, finish with cilantro, come with corn tortillas. You choosing your fav salsa.

Empanadas de picadillo, chipotle crema, (our beef empanadas are gluten free) super thin and light masa dough, and the beef picadillo is something that we use is a guisado (stew) in our mom home cooking, but now we use it on our enpanadas. #

New addition to our menu : mix mushrooms Huarache, truffle corn/huitlacoche sauce, fresh crema, and touch of truffle oil. With out crema is vegan and gluten free just to give you a heads up. Tlalicocinaderaices !!

From their open kitchen, brothers Alberto and Efrain Sandoval are paying tribute to the foods they grew up eating in San Mateo Ozolco, a small Pueblan town perched on the side of an active volcano. They make their own tortillas daily, using their grandmother’s overnight nixtamalization process, and the smooth, velvety texture makes them not quite like any tortillas we’ve had in Philly before. Don’t skip anything that involves their peerless mole; the raw kampachi with olive oil, lemon, and habanero; or the best carnitas in the region. 7219 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082… Thank you so much, Philadelphia magazine! It’s a tremendous joy for us to be a part of this, and we are incredibly grateful. Our new table setting is more than just another object; it’s deeply rooted in our culture and our people. Many years ago, whenever someone visited our home, we offered them pulque or water in those small red clay pots as a token of appreciation and to welcome them.
