First we try a few different coffees, then we pick our faves. From there, we experiment with the roast levels to find which one stands out. Then we taste and refine that one to make it sing.

We were excited to get this new banner up on our wall last week! This is a piece we commissioned from (one of our frequent artistic collaborators) and features the PA state flower. Without googling it - do you know what it’s called?

An April after-lunch walkabout with the whole crew (except Trevor! 😢). This is our tradition and we walk in all kinds of weather, year ‘round. Typically only rain and unwalkable ice are all that stops us. It’s fun to see the towpath in all seasons and is particularly inspiring to see it coming alive this Spring! Peep the turtles. 🐢

So cool to see our property was the inspiration for these two lovely women and their plein air painting today! Linda and Jackie are part of “Paint Our River Towns” exhibition. They didn’t finish today but I hope to be able to see the final pieces when done!
