The Menu:
Baja shrimp cocktail
Caprese skewers

For the main, crimson braised short rib over garlic mashed potatoes (in a martini cup for that perfect portion of tasting what your guests will be served) 🍸 and chicken piccata with lemon butter and capers.

This was more than just a menu. It was a preview of what your event could feel like.A big thank you to the Oviatt team and to all the couples who came out and spent the day with us. We loved meeting you and can’t wait to serve your big day! 🎉🍽️

Another addition to our OTM series, this time it’s the famous meal that served 650 at a recent gala event ⭐️ We saved you a seat:

Our juicy Chicken Piccata
The tender Braised Beef Short Rib
Colorful Mediterranean Squash Blend
A creamy Alfredo Pasta
Seasoned Roasted Potatoes
A crisp Caesar Salad
A savory Parmesan-Crusted Roll
Our house made Rich Red Wine Mushroom Sauce

650 guests. One incredible event. ⭐️

Our team loved returning to serve Annual Gala and bringing a menu everyone could enjoy. Guests kept coming back for the mango iced tea and fresh lemonade, and dessert was a hit with warm peach and blueberry cobbler served with ice cream. 🍨

Entrée favorites included lemon chicken piccata and slow-braised beef in a rich red wine mushroom sauce, served alongside our colorful Mediterranean vegetable blend. 🥒🍋🫑🍷

And a special thank you to our volunteers, we couldn’t have done it without you! 👏🏻
