We’re sad to be missing our farmers markets this weekend 😢☕️ — we always look forward to seeing everyone out there!

But don’t worry… Josh is coming to the rescue! 🙌

He’ll be opening up the roastery Saturday so you can still swing by, grab your coffee, stock up on beans, and keep the weekend properly caffeinated.

Stop in, say hi to Josh, and make sure he doesn’t get too comfortable running the place without us. 😂☕️

☕️ 400 LBS. TWO DAYS. VACATION MODE: ACTIVATED. 🌴

We’ve been putting the roaster through its paces — 400 pounds of coffee roasted in the last two days to make sure everyone is stocked up while our Chief is away. Don’t worry, we’re still going to be open!

The orders are packed, the coffee is fresh, and the roaster has definitely earned a vacation too. 😂

Now it’s time to trade the smell of freshly roasted coffee for some sunshine. ☀️

While most of us are still hitting snooze, Norwalk’s sanitation crews are already out there getting the job done. And we’re proud to say Silvermine Coffee helps keep them fueled along the way. 💪☕️

Took over a month to clear customs, but we finally got the coffee we’ve ordered from Those Coffee People | Wholesale Coffee Supplier! Restocks of Red Honey & Paula 20 Brix and two new coffees:

Caturra Chiroso - a washed coffee grown at 1800+ MASL with floral notes of honey, citrus & lemongrass

Café Exótico - a natural processed pink bourbon/geisha blend from the same farm as the Paula 20. Expect notes of blackberry, chocolate, and peach with a creamy sweet body.

Be on the lookout for these two new coffees to hit our site soon!
