Mid-Autumn Festival is about completeness, gratitude, and reflection. To honor this holiday by using my hands to create hundreds of mooncakes in the traditional way using old school and contemporary ingredients brings me closer to my culture and community. 🌕🐇🥮

Endless appreciation this year and always for making them a part of your own traditions, respecting the flavors and textures, and believing in what I’m trying to do through these special pastries. ✨
