Weddings, Quinceañeras, Birthday Parties, Graduation and Company Events. Extinguishing Your Hunger FIREHOUSE TACOS was founded by retired Houston Fire Department firefighter, Captain Homero Ponce-López. Recruited at the age of 21, the Captain found his life's calling and for the next 31 years dedicated his heart to helping others. Upon his retirement in early 2011, As any firefighter can tell you, after a career of duty there are many memories and great lifelong friendships you just don't want to walk away from. And so was born FIREHOUSE TACOS. Our custom designed "food truck" will be serving a culinary delight of the Captain's classic and specialty tacos, reminiscent of his cooking at Fire Station 23 back in the early 80s and of his backyard fajita cookouts.

***LET US CATER YOUR EVENT...And Extinguish your hunger!***

*Partial proceeds will be given to charities and foundations supporting our Heroes and we look foward to participating in community events.
