Whew, what a week!! Four local caterings and I loved every one of them! The people I catered for are all wonderful people who we consider friends!! Thank you Fred and Jan Zimmercheid and all the staff at Ace Hardware for bringing us in over the past years to cater your Employee Appreciation Dinner!
To all the ladies with the WY Quilt Retreat, I had sooooo much fun with you over the past 3 days! Thank you for your kind words, well wishes and compliments of our food!

The Mickorys Food Trailer has a new home so we watched that drive down the hill hooked to another truck for the first time, but it went to a gentleman who is excited to get into the business and that makes me happy! I hope it will give him the same joy it did for me (even in 105 degree weather🥵)!

We have a HUGE announcement!!!! Sorry for the long post, I was hoping to make a video announcement, but every time I started, I had to restart because my emotions got the best of me, and NO ONE likes an emotional Mick!!

Cory and I have decided to make the move back to the beautiful Black Hills (still in Wyoming because it holds our hearts) but that means saying goodbye to Mickorys and many of you! This was not an easy decision and one we have pondered for years, as we have met so many amazing people, love our Church Family at Summit, our place here in Buffalo and our wonderful neighbors and friends. But it is time and we are both excited and nervous, happy and sad!!

I would like to thank everyone who helped make this business such a success, bigger than I could have ever imagined! First to Cory for supporting me in this adventure, the Mickorys Staff who is and always will be the best in the business and continue to be great friends of mine: Kassie Bales Camino Belinda Chesbro Sandy Rauch Claude Rauch, and all of the high schoolers that helped me along the way!!

To the thousands of customers over the years whether it was catering or at our food trailer, it has been such a pleasure getting to know all of you and I thank you for your support and compliments of our delicious food and excellent service! It is an experience that I will cherish forever and be so proud of what we accomplished and blessed to have the opportunity to do what I love and meet so many great people along the way!

If you have already booked with Mickorys, don't worry, I have you on the calendar and will be there to offer great service and food to your upcoming events up into May!!

I will be selling many of the catering items I have along with our food trailer so watch for those items! If you are interested, please let me know!

Mickorys is once again pairing with our favorite auction team Brannian Auction LLC for a full weekend Saturday at the Fairgrounds and Sunday in Story, check out their website for all the details!
We will have our regular menu plus new Crispy Southwest Chicken Wrap, burgers and brats with caramelized onions!
Serving breakfast starting at 8 am on Saturday, Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches, Jalapeno Sausage Hashbrown Bake, numerous baked goods and homemade desserts!

Dessert is on the menu for the Brannian Auction LLC tonight starting at 5:15! With an abundance of rhubarb I couldn't resist making these Rhubabrb Custard Bars topped with a homemade Whipoed Topping! "Supplies" limited so get your rhubarb loving rear to the fairgrounds and join us for supper and dessert (we also have our ice cream sandwiches, red Velvet and monster)!

Parade and Rodeo time!! Mickorys will be open today from 9-2 and then we will be getting ready for the Buyers Dinner! We are so thankful to be a part of this tradition and encourage everyone to support all the young ladies and gentlemen that have worked so hard over the past year to get where they are today!! Its LIVESTOCK SALE Time so contribute however you can!!

We.will be open from.7am until the rodeo is over on SUNDAY! Starting with Breakfast Burritos!!
