Founded 2010, the word Panoram and its compass imply our wide “Panoramic” view of markets and cultures. The venture is the result of our passion for grilled catering experiences through Panoram Asados, a shared love for quality wines we import from Argentina, and extending a truly personal look at these through our customized Wine Tours to Argentina.

the key to creating asado experiences: the team you assemble.

Asado is more than a cookout. It’s deeper than fire and meat. It’s about the connections and relationships we build around those fire feasts that give it life, depth, meaning. To create that, you need people that understand that, feel that, and want to share that with others.

Building a live-fire kitchen from scratch, handling extremely heavy grilling equipment, cooking over intense fires in the open elements, serving the asado feast, then cleaning it up and breaking it all down again like nothing ever happened every. single. event… rain or shine. That kind of dedication comes from the heart. The very definition of ‘a labor of love’ in action, and we are so grateful for our shared passions.

Spectacular. This rehearsal dinner was so important to us because of Chef Mariano’s personal relationship with the groom and family, and Jill made it her mission to celebrate this alongside us. Warm and hospitable, incredibly detail-oriented with a keen vision for relaxed elegance, Jill and her team made bringing our Asado Experience to a larger than life scale effortless.

Jill Gordon Celebrate has been in business for 31 years and produces elevated wedding weekends for couples in the Hamptons; from Southampton to Montauk, Sag Harbor to Shelter Island on up to the North Fork. Their focus is hospitality first along with fabulous design, flawless logistics and a seamless (and fun!) planning process.
