The best grilled cheese you ever had! I don't always eat veggies from our ranch, but when I do, I prefer it's from our garden....haha! Fresh veggies + taleggio cheese melted on a French Baquette! Steak tomorrow!

We just got our beef back from the butcher this year. I started with a Hanger Steak, a Tasty Burger and this weekend is Carne Asada. I will squeeze in some chicken and fish soon........I promise. Give me an email to get on the list for 2026 or check us out at www.jnbranchbeef.com

Don't want to go all-in on a "side", you can head to DeRose Winery www.derosewine.com on Saturday August 2nd and try a gourmet JNB Ranch burger prepared by Al DeRose and the wonderful folks there. It comes with a great bottle of Vino and is a beautiful venue to enjoy an afternoon in our San Benito wine country.

There were many calls and texts leading up to our branding this year. After almost a month of no rain the weatherman seemed a little confused on exactly what was going to happen that Saturday. Each day closer to the branding seemed to show a different weather pattern. Fingers crossed and best guess the rain would hold off, we made the decision to thread the needle and make it happened.
After all, nobody out here is made of sugar.
