In the last 19yrs we have worked in various functions as it relates to finance, real estate and the sales industry. These functions include conducting face to face sales, over the phone sales, and internet sales. We have experience in processing loans in addition to personally buying and selling residential properties. We also obtained certification in mitigation for foreclosures, short sales and
tax sales for Global Equity Lending and American Home Lending. We have a vast knowledge and experience of the various concepts relating to effective marketing, advertising, and merchandising. We have provided exceptional leadership roles that demonstrated my ability to drive results while working effectively with both customers and underwriters. Currently we provide Hedge Funds Companies, REIT's and Private Investor with Tape/Bulk listed nationwide to purchase, this has led to referral sources leading to potential sellers in the market place. We take pride in the work we do and before delivering we review and analyze all properties prior to initiating real estate transactions. We prepare all required documentation for processing of real estate transactions and ensure both my buyers and sellers are satisfied. If any properties are bought in my market place we will then assist with management of residential & multi-family units by conducting inspections, developing bids, and being the liaison for contractors.
