🥹❤️ SOME THINGS MONEY JUST CAN’T BUY…

Today, GGC Eatery received something that may look like a simple piece of paper, but to us, it means THE WORLD. 🥹❤️

Our beloved customer, who we affectionately call “Grandma,” came in with one of the little ones she cares for. This sweet 7–8-year-old girl, Ava Collins, handed Chef A a handwritten letter that said:

“By Ava Collins. Thank you. The food is good.” 🥹❤️✍🏽

And BABY… that touched Chef A’s heart deeply. 🥹

Ava didn’t have to write anything fancy. She simply took the time to share that she enjoyed her food, and that small gesture reminded us WHY WE DO THIS. ❤️

We cook with love, serve with love, and pour our hearts into every plate. Knowing that even one child can taste that love makes every long day, sacrifice, and challenge worth it. 🙏🏽❤️

Ava, THANK YOU. 🥹❤️ Your letter is more than a thank-you note—it’s a memory GGC Eatery will cherish for a very long time.

And Grandma, thank you for bringing that beautiful little spirit through our doors. ❤️

Sometimes God will CLOSE a door you begged Him to keep open… just to OPEN a door you never knew existed. 🙏🏾

I’m living proof that faith can carry you through ANYTHING. There was a time in my life when I was homeless, lost, making choices that were taking me further away from the person God created me to be. I had to look in the mirror, turn away from my evil ways, humble myself, and let God lead me. 🙏🏾

And when I stopped trying to control everything and started trusting God, my life began to change.

The man you see today wasn’t built overnight. I went through storms. I made mistakes. I lost things. I cried. I struggled. I had doors slammed in my face. But God never left me.

He took the same person who once had nowhere to lay his head and gave him PURPOSE. He took my pain and turned it into POWER. He took my struggles and turned them into a TESTIMONY.

Today, I don’t call myself a king because life has always been easy. I call myself a king because God showed me how to rise after every fall. 👑🙏🏾

So if you’re going through something right now, PLEASE don’t give up.

That closed door might be protection.
That delay might be preparation.
That struggle might be building your testimony.
And that season you’re crying through might be the very season God uses to change your entire life.
