GLUTEN FREE NEWS!

Guys and gals we are SO excited! We found the most fantastic gluten free wrap! All of our plant based deli meats and cheeses are already gluten free and nut free. So now we can prepare gluten free/celiac safe/alphagal safe/nut free/dairy free/completely plant based versions of our sandwiches for that are still ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and will knock your socks off! This is huge!

Bonus nugget - our Fiesta Nachos are also celiac safe. Just make sure you let us know of any allergies when ordering! 🫶🏼

This might be one of the most ridiculous things we’ve ever created. We took the Oklahoma State Meal chicken fried steak- and razzle dazzled it to our liking. American cheese and bacon because… Tulsa! That’s why 😂
And a side of white gravy to dunk it in. It’s over the top, it’s probably too much. But come get it while you can today and tomorrow in honor of 918 day!!

Fun moment today- a guy walks up with a grin on his face and says “alright. I gotta do it. I need the lasagna grilled cheese.”

Back about ten years ago my hubby and I were visiting family out in Ohio. There’s this place there called The Melt. The entire menu is designed around grilled cheeses. My vegetarian (at the time) heart was just in love. Lasagna in a grilled cheese? Like that is totally my style! But unfortunately they only had a meat version. So you best believe when we got home what’s the first thing I did? Make it vegetarian! I had been making my signature lasagna for years now so it was really a no brainer.

For our very first pop up ever we had a meat version and a cheese version. It has always been our most memorable dish. The fact that we can make it vegan now, and it’s just as delicious as it’s ever been… and have a permanent home to serve it out of- that’s like out of this world for me! Talk about full circle 🖤
