A little over a year ago, I packed my bags for France with no idea just how much life was about to change.
Since then, I’ve traveled, graduated, taught, created, grown, and started building something I’ve dreamed about for a long time.
And somehow, I still feel like I’m only getting started.

The Spring Showcase was a success!

I am so so so so so proud of all of the students for creating these beauties. This was months of learning and hard work and every cake is beautiful.

I am very proud to be brining events like this, creativity like this, and drive like this back to JWU. I was told there has never been a cake showcase at the Charlotte campus, so I am very happy to be apart of the first one.

This is my last big event as a senior here at JWU, and as president as the Baking & Pastry Club. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I am very grateful for every opportunity.
