This dinner wasn’t just about great food. It was about creating a place where passionate people can come together, share ideas, tell stories, and celebrate what makes our local community so unique.

Our vision for Palm Beach Salt Company is to create a stage for chefs, farmers, fishermen, artisans, beverage makers, growers, and food lovers who are passionate about what they do.
