After a long, hot summer, full of kitchen remodels, and equipment upgrades; our PitMaster and his crew have been busy, brushing up and remastering the barbecue processes, rubs, and recipes that have made us one of the best barbecue joints in the valley for over 14 years.

🔥 The Pizza Butcher Food Truck is back, bringing its famous wood-fired artisan pizzas, cheesesteaks, sandwiches, and more. Owned and operated by former Arizona Diamondbacks and California Angels pitching coach Mike Butcher, this Valley favorite always delivers.

🌊 Tomorrow Morning: Baja Surf N Turf joins us for breakfast! Stop by for fresh shrimp tacos, house-made ceviche, and coastal-inspired flavors that are the perfect way to start your day.

We’ve proven we’re Not Your Average Gas Station.

As we make updates throughout the property, bakery, and kitchen, we’re excited for a summer full of improvements, great food, and even more reasons to stop by.

For over 14 years, we’ve proudly served our community with award-winning BBQ, hand-washed vehicles, curated gifts, premium fuel, coffee, ice cream, and a one-of-a-kind experience. We’re incredibly grateful for the loyalty of our customers and the dedication of our amazing team.

While we work behind the scenes, we’re bringing in some of the Valley’s best food trucks.

First up: The Pizza Butcher.
