We have been getting some new views on our page! I know what we have been quiet but Christopher would love to open sometime this summer, soccer tournaments dates have not been set yet so time will tell!

Today is the day! Today we prepare a special meal for 12 people! Today mom relies on her 10 year old son to lead the way in the kitchen! :) Can't wait to see everyone, wish us luck as we begin cooking-------but first the chef needs to wake up!

Christopher has been working on the menu some more! Here is what he typed for the Appetizer:
ROASTED TOMATO PIE
The ingredients of this small appetizer lays a small diced tomato, sweet caramelized onion, fresh basil, olive oil, goat cheese, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, mini pie shell and salt sweet and salty you’re going to love it! The cheeses, mayo, and salt are mixed together to become a creamy sauce that is placed on the diced tomato turned to paste and chiffonaded basil in the crisp pie crust and finally cooked until the top is golden.

Christopher is starting to type up his menu: This morning he worked on part of the First Course:

HEARTS OF ROMAINE SALAD
In this you will find two romaine hearts, toasted hazel nuts, a small segmented orange, pomegranate, and the honey –orange dressing. This delicious salad is sure to please with the sweet pomegranate lightly sprinkled on to the romaine hearts and covered in the amazing honey-orange dressing and tangy orange wedges and to finish off this sweet salad hazel nuts roasted to perfection this salad will definitely amaze you every time!
