“Here is my feedback:
Overall excellent hoagie with great flavor and texture.

Bread: Great mix of soft inside with crusty outside texture that held the toppings together solidly. Good size that was easy to hold and feel full.

Toppings: The mixture of flavors with the thicker cut deli meat complemented the bread well. The bread soaked in some of the dressing perfectly to season the sandwich but not drip everywhere.

Thank you for a great sandwich. I really hope you can find an outlet to sell the hoagie buns because they would be great for hoagies.”

First taste tester hoagie.
Here’s the order:
“Capicola, salami, pepperoni for the meat.
American cheese would be better than provolone but prov will work lol. Then take your chopped lettuce, chopped onions, diced tomatoes, and diced banana peppers- toss in a bowl with a little mayo and a little red wine vinegar or Italian, salt, and pepper. After sandwich is toasted add mixture to top and lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze!!!!”

I erased the posts. Y’all can make your own assumptions, some could have all the facts and still make up stories.
Yes I could stay but why would I put myself in an uncomfortable situation for the next two months. My lease is over in September anyway. I wasn’t going to renew it because of building conditions.
