It is with heavy hearts that we share the tragic passing of Shane Allen (Chico) yesterday. He leaves behind his beloved wife and children during this incredibly difficult time.

To help support his family, we have set up a donation box to assist with funeral and medical expenses. Any contribution, no matter the amount, is greatly appreciated.

At El Poblano, we didn’t just lose a customer—we lost a dear friend who had become part of our family. For many years, Shane greeted us with his warm smile and kind spirit, and we were truly blessed to know and love him.

Please keep Shane’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this time of loss.

El Poblano Union will be closed on Saturday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day.

We will reopen on Sunday, July 5th, during our regular business hours.

Today on Cinco de Mayo they had their last game. The El Poblano 10u softball season champions. These girls have had 11 wins, 0 losses and 1 tied game. All the girls are great athletes and the future of Union County softball. Thank you for representing us. Congratulations 🩷🥎
