Manhattan Bagel - 1350 Galloping Hill Rd, Union, NJ An independently owned franchise location of Manhattan Bagel, our shop brought traditional, kettle-bo Made the Right Way. Every Day. No shortcuts.

There's a reason our bagels taste different--they're made the traditional way. At Manhattan Bagel, we give each bagel a dip in a kettle of boiling water, then bake them fresh each morning. That's how we get our authentic shiny bagels with a crispy, golden crust on the outside and that soft, satisfying chew inside. Just real, authentic bagels made the way they were always meant to be. We kettle-boil our bagels to lock in that shine and crunch, then bake them fresh daily for a chewy, golden bite. No shortcuts, just the classic NY method - done right, right here, every day.

Some breakfasts shouldn't be enjoyed while multitasking.

Partially because you'll need both hands to manage the cheesy goodness. But also because the bite's too good to focus on anything else.
