Last night we held our first ever latte art throwdown at the shop! We had baristas travel from all over Jersey, and some coming as far as Philadelphia, Queens, and upstate New York. The love for this community never ceases to amaze us 🤍

It’s officially Blueberry Latte season at Ayala 🤩🫐

This has been a seasonal favorite for the past 2 years, so we had to bring it back! Made with our in-house blueberry syrup using real blueberries, this one tastes just like a blueberry muffin in a cup 💙

Available iced only, and your choice of espresso or matcha! Seen here paired alongside our Ensaymada Cruffin and Otap 😋

It’s a bittersweet day for us at the shop. Today is our shift lead ZJ’s last day with Ayala 🥹

Zee joined us back in November 2022, and was one of the very first people we ever hired when we were still just a tiny mobile cart at our OG location. It’s been such a gift to have her be part of our growth over the years.

But just like Ayala has continued to grow, so have the people who helped build it. Entrepreneurship is no small leap, and we admire Zee so much for taking it. We’re going to miss her energy, hard work, humor, and the presence she’s brought to the shop all this time. We’re so grateful for everything she’s poured into Ayala, and we’re wishing her nothing but the best as she steps into this next chapter 💖

Introducing our newest pastry: Boy Bawang Shio Pan 🌽🧄

This salt bread, created by our baker Chacha, was a HUGE hit during our most recent supper club. Inspired by the iconic Filipino snack, this savory pastry is our take on Boy Bawang in salt bread form! Rolled in corn and garlic crumbs, filled with roasted garlic butter, and topped with a corn cheese whip for the perfect salty, buttery, umami bite.

Available daily starting tomorrow. Exclusively at Ayala 🤍

Hey Ayala fam! We’ll be open normal hours all Easter weekend 🐣☕️ No holiday changes here! Kitchen closes at 3PM as always, so be sure to come by before then if you’re planning to grab any hot food 💛
