Timothy’s prides itself on hand picking each day the vegetables that go into the preparation of our daily entrees, including Tomatoes for our Bisque, peppers, broccoli,cabbage, cucumbers, zucchini that supplement other dishes. Fresh Zucchini Blossoms for our signature deep fried blossom appetizer, along with Nasturtiums for plate garnish and Sunflowers for our flower arrangements. We only trust what we can hand pick ourselves to ensure our diners the very freshest ingredients that go into each dish.
