Our long-time customer came to order a Curry Dish again yesterday. This time she requested to add more curry to the dish during cooking. She said: "It's not that the last curry meal didn't suit my taste, I only want a dish with a heavier curry flavor today." In the past, she always preferred our Mongolian Beef. Last time, she said she would try our other dishes, and ordered the curry dish for the first time.

Her mother is also our long-time customer. They both like our Hot & Sour Soup and Egg Roll. She also has asked us to double the amount of spiciness in the Soup sometimes.

Another lady sometimes asked us to add 50% more salt and spices to her Chicken Fried Rice and add 5 times the spiciness. She likes our Dumplings too, and prefers our Homemade Spicy Sauce over the normal dumpling sauce.

Everyone has a different tastes for the food at the different times. Some people may be good at communicating with the Chef, so they can enjoy the food they need. We appreciate their directness, sincerity, friendliness, and customer loyalty. We are glad and thankful there are no identical leaves on a tree.

A kind and long-time customer came to get carryout last Saturday.
-- I would like to order Egg Foo Young and Egg Rolls today.
-- You haven't ordered Egg Foo Young before. Are you sure you really want to order it?
-- Yeah.
-- What kind of Egg Foo Young do you like? and how many Egg Rolls do you want ?
-- Chicken and Vegetables Egg Foo Young and 4 Egg Rolls.

Ten minutes later, when we brought the food to him, he asked:
-- The business is across street , do they order dishes from you?
-- Yes. They like our Spicy Pork Lo Mein, Szechuan Vegetables, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Crab Rangoon, etc. . .

Then, he left some money from the wallet to us and said: "The money is used to pay for their lunch. The remaining money is your tip. Please don't tell them who I am."

What a nice gentlemen! He helped two small businesses in our town in once. ＃ugstrong

Julie sent a message to us on Facebook and wrote a review on Google in the early hours of last Saturday. We tried to communicate with her, but she did not answer. We are very interested in which dishes she ordered? What's wrong with these dishes? How can we improve them? So we gave up the Sunday break to check all the receipts and videos. We regretted when we found out she had never appeared in our restaurant.

We hope "to create an emotional response through food" so that new customers can experience the same as our regular customers' rejoice and leave unforgettable memories. Even if it is only a short time of happiness and warmth. Food is the same as words, it will show differently in front of different people.

No illegal business just a few passionate food lovers here serving UG for the past 20 years.
