We soon started to realize that this was something that could become just a little bit more. He entered his first competition r
ight here in Union City at the Fair Grounds, and, well, he got hooked. He is constantly trying to improve his cooking techniques and, now that we have our team name and logo, we are ready to rock and roll. We are offering our product for sale when we aren't competing in competitions. For the moment we are not selling meat by the pound. Our products include: whole Boston butts, whole racks of ribs, brisket, whole chicken, chicken thighs, or chicken quarters. We can provide the entree for your parties (i.e. Hopefully, in the future, we will be able to provide more options so you won't have to worry about what to feed everyone. In the meantime, let us know what you want and we will try to get it done! If you don't hear from us right away, please be patient. We both still work full time and may not be able to reply immediately. For payment options, we can do cash or check. We do not have a means to take credit cards at the moment.
