WoW.. what a wonderfully busy time this has been. I've been pretty much booked solid through the 23rd with a notably special Christmas Dinner event planned as the grand finale to this joyous season.

Please contact me by Thursday 21st if you'd like a guaranteed Christmas Eve & Day servicing to be rid of the stress those last minute needs & cravings cause when they pop up.

I welcome all ideas & special requests you want from Christmas Breakfast Casseroles or Fruit Stuffed French Toasts & other morning yums to dinner table add-ons or even if it's just snack cravings to build up your personal stash...

In addition to the Cajun offerings, another option will be available as well.

The Fresco Chicken Plate is paired with creamy Mushroom Risotto & is only $12.

This sophisticated match made in heaven features tender Chicken Breast cutlets simmered in a velvety Sundried Tomato Gravy. It's then lightly drizzled by whipped Goat Cheese & cream to add the most amazing balance to the robust sweet & tang from the tomatoes for a silky finish.

Shrimp & Grit Plates present you eith 10 Jumbo Shrimp, the 21-25 size, so it's nearly a half pound resting over 4 cheese Grits in a hearty Cajun Broth.

I'm catering a local insurance company's Plated Christmas Dinner Party & have the chance to make some local Cajun faves available cuz I know yaw like 'em.
I'm taking orders thru Dec 11th for the following.. these will ready for delivery on the 13th..
