Even the cows come runnin’ when they see us comin’ ☺️☺️
A lot of our Mimi’s follower’s don’t really realize where we come from.
We aren’t located in your “run of the mill” town or city like most food trucks, we are in rural Meade County. And we travel to several “off the beaten path” locations.
Recently we had the honor of serving at one of my absolute favorite, remote and peaceful spots on this Earth since I was young.
Several of my family members, including my grandparents, rest here in the cemetery.
Sioux Spiritual Center, recently renamed “Hehaka Sapa~Black Elk Catholic Retreat Center” —“Mahpiya na Maka Okogna” meaning Between Heaven and Earth, celebrated 50 years of amazing service and we were proud to be part of it all.

****An extra benefit of traveling to Faith***
We definitely get much better fuel mileage on the 65 mile drive home than the 65 mile drive up there— because the truck is ALWAYS COMPLETELY EMPTY coming home!!!
🤣😂🤣😂
In the last 3 days, only 14 hours, we demolished….
~~6.5 cases of street tacos —that’s 936 tacos
🤯🤯
~~90 pounds of hamburger
~~60 pounds of steak
~~16 pounds of chicken
~~Bottles of Mimi’s Sauce….definitely lost track 🤪🤪
Thank you to Katrina Collins for bein our Huckleberry and savin our bacon getting us some tacos even after her dedication on the ambulance for Sturgis Rally chaos, you are the BEST 😘🥰😘

Welp Faith peeps we’re gonna have to change our hours for Sunday….. you completely wiped us out of A LOT of things tonight 🥴🥴
Soooo we’ve gotta get groceries before we can open up.

Thank you Meade County Fair for letting Mimi’s feed the crowds again this year!!!
It was definitely a hot one for the record books.
We transitioned from a hotter than Hades food truck, into our non air conditioned pickup, traveled the scorching 106+ degree prairie, took some ice cold showers and are practically sitting on our air conditioner.
It’s always a good day when ya don’t pass out from heat stroke!! 🥵 🥴🥵
