Products used in this establishment will come primarily from surrounding areas in Montana such as ranches and colonies therefore providing economical support to our own communities. Because this establishment’s location is the only one in the community, it is my desire to also make this a place where folks can gather for a cup of coffee, as well as to meet the full ranges of culinary dining whether this be good ole “home type cooking” or as elegant as the patron’s culinary palate desires. This establishment will also support community functions and charitable events as our way of giving back to the community the support that is shown towards our business. I am a true believer in my “craft.” I have studied and worked for some of the finest dining facilities in the United States. I am a “professional” and have a love for my trade and it provides me pleasure & gratitude to be a part of the community and serve the patrons with everything that I have to offer. Raised in Montana, and has worked the last 22 years in Montana feeding the great people of this state. He has had a lifelong dream to own his own business and what better place to do this than in the state that he was born and raised in. It is a privilege to be able to continue to provide his love for food with the people of this great state.
