Extreme Food & Beverage As seen on Carnival Eats! We take fair food to the EXTREME. Catch us at your local Fair this summer. Hoping to help event goers have a fun experience. Ice Cream.

We take our food & drinks to Extreme, the best ingredients and newest food trends. Running a few food trailers like BOSS Burger, Phil's Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, OMG! Ice Cream, SHARKYS Fish Fry, Sharkys Beach BAR, Famous Fried Foods, Rocket Dog, Beer Gardens and specialty alcoholic bars. Mostly doing fairs and festivals in CA and OR. Sometimes doing catering jobs as well with food and alcohol services. Featured several times in Food Network with variety of our unique food items we sell- Lobster Fries, Lobster Corn Dog from Sharkys, Churro Burger from Boss Burger, Pineapple Split from OMG!
