Healthy Turkey and Sweet Potato Bake 🤍 My cozy fall dinner — sweet potato layers, savory turkey, and mozzarella, golden and melty.

🍠 3 sweet potatoes — boiled, mashed with just butter + salt
🦃 2 lb ground turkey — cooked with 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, salt, pepper, smoked paprika + a little mustard (my secret touch!)
🧀 Mozzarella between the layers + on top
Layer it all up → air fry at 350° for 20 min (oven works too!)
