Last Saturday, we catered a beautiful Memorial Celebration of life in the morning. The menu was perfect for a hot morning with small bites and refreshing drinks:

- Vegan black bean empanada
- Cheese empanada
- Beef empanada
- Grandma’s Tequeños
- Mushroom empanada
- Chimichurri sauce
- Vegan spinach canapé
- Pilon canapé
- Fried yucca with avocado sauce
- Sautéed vegetables
- Tres leches cake (half chocolate and half vanilla)
- Grazing table
- Water
- Coffee and tea station
