A lot of our crew is moving on to some awesome next chapters going back to school, heading off to college, starting full-time careers, and even joining the Fire Academy. 👏🔥

What a weekend! 🔥
Yesterday was one for the books!
We kicked off the day serving 100+ guests at the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Elder Village in Ukiah.
From there, we headed north for a beautiful wedding in Cleone near Fort Bragg…
And because one wedding wasn’t enough… we added another at Switzer Farm! 💪
None of this happens by accident. Multiple events running at the same time take an incredible team that shows up, works hard, and takes pride in what they do.
A huge thank you to Kai, Kim, Drake, Kat, Jocelyn, Olie, Kaleesi, Olivia, Jennifer, Aleea, and Drew for making it all happen. Olivia and Jennifer kept the bars running smoothly, while Drew held it down on the smokers and fryers, making sure the barbecue was on point all day long.
Then we wrapped up the weekend at Concert in the Park, and it was great seeing so many familiar faces from our community. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to grab some BBQ, say hello, and support us.
I’m beyond proud of this team. It was a packed weekend, but we delivered from start to finish. We couldn’t do it without all of you.

“Can you whip up some beef ribs so we can pick them up in the morning? We’ll pay 💰 for them!”

Me:
“Yep. 👍🏼”

The smoker doesn’t care what time it is… and apparently neither do we. 😂 That’s the BBQ life low, slow, and sometimes all night long. 🥩🔥
