This is from Benjamin.( had to edit that in everyone thought it was John Fisher. Lol He actually stepped down last summer due to eye surgeries. So everyone knows he is much better now.) I
As many now know I have decided to step down from ownership of My Burger Joint. It has been an amazing ride! I will forever be grateful for this experience that God granted me and even more thankful for the platform God gave me to reach others for Christ. I am thankful for all of those who supported us and thankful for the friendships I made. Unfortunately I was no longer making enough to support my family and had to come to the difficult decision to step down and to go back to work. Originally I was going to step away to work and help run the restaurant limitedly and return full time to the restaurant when our sales reached the point where I could do that. Understandably my business partner was not thrilled about this and preferred for me to step down. So I decided to step down permanently rather than create a rift. There will not be new ownership. Joseph Blackwell will continue to run the restaraunt and I wish him all the luck. I'm confident he will keep it a Christian atmosphere and continue to be bold in his faith and continue to stand against the evils of the world even when the world supports the evil. I am at peace with my decision and look forward to the next chapter of my life. I know one thing, with God I know it will be another great adventure! The other orginal Co owner John Fisher stepped down last summer due to eye surgeries and honestly it was not as fun or as joyful without my number one friend with me anyhow. So im at total peace with everything. I cannot remove myself from the page since I was the page creator so Joe will be starting a new one. Please keep your eyes open for the new MBJ group page.
