ONE WHOLE YEAR! 🍕❤️

We just want to give a HUGE shoutout to everyone who has made this first year possible!

To our incredible staff, thank you for all of your hard work, dedication, and for being such an important part of Big Al’s. And to our amazing, loyal customers, thank you for showing up, supporting us, spreading the word, and allowing us to live out a dream we’ve had for so many years.

We truly can’t thank you all enough for making our dream a reality. We love what we do, we love this community, and we do it all for YOU!

Al and I had the incredible opportunity to travel to California and tour Stanislaus Food Products and Corto Olive Co.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing it was to see the entire process firsthand—from the tomato fields and harvest, to the canning facility, and finally the olive oil mill.

The moment we first tried Stanislaus Alta Cucina plum tomatoes, we were sold on the taste alone. But after seeing the amount of love, pride and dedication that goes into making their products, we’re even more proud to serve them at Big Al’s.

One of our favorite parts of the experience was our tour guide, Josh McClain. We’ve truly never met someone so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do and the company they work for. He was incredible, and we loved spending the day with him!

We’re so grateful for this opportunity and came home with an entirely new appreciation for the ingredients we use every day. There’s something pretty special about seeing where your food comes from.
