We were truly honored to partner with Daniel and Cooper at Pyron Gardens for the very first Rose City Table Dinner, the beginning of what we believe will be something incredibly meaningful for our community.
Rose City Table is about so much more than a beautiful dinner. It’s about bringing people together around a table, creating space for meaningful conversation, sharing ideas, and imagining the future of Tyler together.
Each dinner focuses on a new topic, and last night’s conversation was “The Tyler We Want to Build”.
It was such a privilege to be in a room filled with people who care deeply about Tyler and to hear so many different perspectives, experiences, hopes and ideas. There is something powerful about slowing down, sharing a meal, and simply listening to one another. ❤️
And what a meal it was! We were thrilled to create a five course dinner with thoughtful drink pairings to accompany the evening’s conversation.
The evening began with quail puff pastry with Pierre’s Barrel #33 reduction and prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with fig balsamic, followed by a beautiful white gazpacho with crab and truffle oil.
The third course celebrated summer with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, EVOO and peaches, beautifully finished with edible flowers. 🍅🍑🌼
For the fourth course, guests enjoyed broken lasagna with chicken apple sausage, peas and sautéed green beans, served alongside warm crusty bread.
And to finish the evening, Italian cream cake with strawberries, followed by coffee and tea. 🍓☕ (we can forget about the incredible Gluten Free cake we had ☺️)
We are so grateful to Daniel and Cooper for trusting us to be part of this inaugural dinner, and we are incredibly thankful to everyone who joined us around the table. It was an absolute honor to help bring this vision to life.
And apparently, we aren’t the only ones excited about Rose City Table… the next THREE dinners are already SOLD OUT! 🎉🌹
We feel incredibly fortunate to be a small part of something that is bringing people together in such a thoughtful and intentional way.
