After incredible well wishes, crossed fingers, and so much community support, we’ve done everything we could to negotiate with the lease ownership. Despite repeated attempts, they have not responded to our calls or agreed to meet with us to discuss more reasonable terms for a potential sale of our business.
With heavy hearts, we must share again that Friday, September 26th will be our last regular day of business.
On Saturday, September 27th at 11am, we’ll open our doors one last time to cook up whatever inventory remains. Instead of payment, we kindly ask that customers bring a donation for Lakeshore Humane Society, whether that’s pet food, supplies, or a cash contribution we’ll use to purchase needed items on their behalf.
More than 10 years ago, what started as a small, humble dream grew into a community cornerstone. Together we’ve shared meals, made friends, become family, and built connections that will last a lifetime.
We are proud to have celebrated good food, kind service, and hometown pride with all of you. While it’s heartbreaking to say goodbye, we are forever grateful for the years we’ve had and happier still that it happened.
