First Annual "Outstanding Educators in Eastern Wisconsin" Awards were held Saturday, May 14, at the Kiel Performing Arts Center.
There were 560 nominees and 4 winners from the Two Rivers Public School District!

Culture Creator: Chad Bauknecht - Magee Elementary
Community Involvement: Amanda Pribek - Koenig Elementary; Lisa Klein - Two Rivers High School
Student Connection - Laura Reeves, L.B. Clarke Middle School

In addition, there were 12 finalists from Two Rivers, including:
Genal Hove, Kirsten Sleger, Jessica Otte, Katie Wilsmann, Brian Henrickson, Lynn Fabian, Tanya Pautz, Mercedes Gauthier, Cheri Love, Paul Gehrke, Joe Popp, and Jennifer Tuesburg.

As most of Two Rivers knows already tonight is PROM!!!!

We are open today but we will be taking a little break from 2pm to 4 today so Jessi can go get pictures with her daughters, and the rest of the staff. And dont worry, we will be posting pictures of how amazing the girls look!!!

Last night I was able to attend our city council meeting and with other Two Rivers Business Association Board Members we were able to proudly Present a check for $10,000 to help support our City’s Fund Raising For The CENTRAL PARK WEST 365 project.

It is absolutely amazing how so many people can come together in this town and help do something great for our community, our downtown and most importantly Children!!
