Thank you so much to everyone who came out today for the big reveal at Bee’s Emporium & Café and got your first look at our new deli space!

What you saw today is just Phase One. We still have more coming, more being added, and so many ideas we’re excited to bring into the space as we continue building NeeCee Lou’s Deli.

We also want to give a huge thank-you to everyone who came inside and supported the vendors we welcomed in when the rain changed everyone’s plans. We loved being able to give a few local makers a dry place to set up and still be part of the day.

And a huge thank-you to everyone who stopped by the Community House and supported our collaboration with Kiwidinok Designs and Bee’s Emporium & Café.

Whether you stopped to chat with Sam, picked up one of her suncatchers or dreamcatchers, grabbed some baked goods, treated yourself to one of our lemonades, or tried a sample of our new house-made chocolate, every bit of that support meant so much to both of us.

And speaking of the chocolate — our new house-made chocolate is already getting an incredible response.

For everyone who tried it today and is still thinking about going back for some… yes, we do still have a limited supply available.

We’ll also have FREE samples again tomorrow while supplies last, but we honestly do not expect what we have left to last very long.

We wanted to do something special as a genuine thank-you to our community.

Over these last several months, y’all have continued to show up for us while we’ve learned, adjusted, changed things, tried new things, changed them again, and occasionally taken one of our wild ideas and completely run with it.

You’ve been patient with us.
You’ve encouraged us.
You’ve supported us through every pivot.

And we truly cannot say thank you enough.

Pastrami is one of our premium deli meats, so it is not included on the Create-Your-Own menu.

We’ve been keeping a little secret…

There have been some things happening behind the scenes at Bee’s Emporium & Café that we haven’t been ready to talk about just yet.

Over the last several months, we’ve learned a lot, watched what y’all love, paid attention to how the space is being used, and started imagining what Bee’s could become next.

And now… it’s finally time to bring some of those ideas to life.

After we close today, we’ll be taking a few days to make some pretty big changes inside the shop.

We’re not giving away what’s coming yet — but when we reopen, Bee’s is going to look and feel a little different.

We’re really excited for this next chapter, and we cannot wait to show y’all what we’ve been working on. 💚
