We TRULY appreciate the very nice comments and support but I said out of the gate THIS IS NOT A PROMOTIONAL GIG.

Yes, PLEASE support your local businesses because broke or flush all of us step to the line in crisis.

The people that everyone should be thanking is all the fire departments, ems, DNR, law enforcement, CLP line crews, air crews etc who are out there protecting us! They are tired, understaffed, underfunded and under equipped. Without them, we don’t function.

I’m going to choose my phrasing somewhat carefully since it’s FB and I say this with a gender neutral tone….those people have a big ole brass set of whatever to run into that danger. THEY are the people that deserve the praise and thanks, THEY are the people we should support. When they squeeze this crap out of here and you see them out, shake their hand, thank THEM, buy THEM a beverage if you are able. THEY are the heroes here.

When we are all safe and past this, we are going to rally, start this summer off right and kick this pig North Shore Style! To coin an ideology of my old friend Tom Nelson, it’s FAMILY up here, it’s COMMUNITY, we move forward together. This is a rare commodity in life that we are fortunate enough to have here.

I have to introduce you to the DN crew tonight that busted butt.

From left to right Evan Hallman (permanent call sign TBD), Zack “Zball” Libal (Manager), Gavin “G-man” Uremovich (Manager) and the long time beloved Reece “The Beast” Hallman (Asst. Manager).

They run short handed, they run long and they run without fear. They ARE the best of the best on the North Shore at making ACTUAL homemade pizza and I make that statement with conviction.

From me, Jodi, Mike and Tara…thanks for kickin it tonight. You helped a lot of folks out (more than you know about) and you should be recognized for that. We’re very proud of you. 👍💪❤️

Whoa! Hats off to Chris Kappes owner of Primetime Concrete (father of DNPTH veteran Carter Kappes) for dropping the EXTRA CHEESE with a $500 donation to help fund meals tonight! It really helped a lot of families and the many brave souls out there on front lines fighting this beast.

I’ve said it many times before but it always amazes me how the communities and small businesses on the North Shore pull together in a crisis.

Again, endless thanks to Odyssey Resorts and Primtime Concrete for stepping forward to help out! 💪❤️

The cupboards are a little bare at D.N. after tonight but we will continue to help as best we can tomorrow. I understand that Na-Cho Bizness, Rustic Inn and Lily’s Asian Cafe are also helping out!

Everybody please stay safe.

Hey folks. Givin the situation with the fire we are going to offer free meals to anyone affected. Mike will be coordinating with the evacuation center.

Fire, EMS, DNR, Lake County Sheriff, THPD etc, if you all get a break and need some quick chow, give us a call or stop down. We’re going to have slices on hand and coney/hotdog baskets for on the fly meals. If you need pizzas to go, just shout out. On us. We will stay open extended hours today if needed. Just please put that thing out.

This is NOT A PROMOTIONAL GIG so we would appreciate it if everyone stays honest.

Hey all. Saturday the 16th you gotta try this one. DNTH Manager Zack Libal developed a SUPER tasty hand-tossed style crust. It’s a very touchy dough mixture that requires a 2 day cold fermentation. He’s been working on this one for a while and now he’s got the magic.

It’s available in a 14” only, it’s pie cut and supply is limited. There won’t be an extra charge for this, you can order any 14” pizza at regular price on this crust.

“Last Chance Saloon” at these prices folks. Commodity prices are pushing. You can’t even get a P.O.S. frozen pizza at the gas station for that price.

We have cheese, pepperoni, pepperoni/sausage mix, sausage and 4 1/4 in stock.

ALL ages welcome to apply. Have to be willing and able to work and roll with the flow.

We have been informed recently that folks have tried to apply with us through various job sites like Indeed. This is a scam, the Two Harbors location doesn’t list on those sites.

PICK UP AN APPLICATION AT 15 WATERFRONT DRIVE TWO HARBORS. Selection and training will begin immediately.

Summer schedule will begin the week after Memorial Day.
