Meet Rafael! He has been coming to 4 Roots since day one and has such an inspiring story! When he was 17 he was diagnosed with a fatty liver. He changed his life, lost over 100 pounds and has kept it off for over 10 years! We love seeing someone so awesome in our community walk the walk of health. Thanks Rafael for always smiling and being such an inspiration!

Hey guys! My name is Kira. I'm the new partner of 4 Roots. I will be running the Twin Falls store!

This is my sweet family. My amazing husband Marco, our son Mason,5, and our newest addition Kolton, who is 3 months old. Most of you probably know me. I've managed at 4 Roots for a couple of years now.

It has been a privilege to work for Chris and Beth. I am so happy to have been given the opportunity to partner with them and open more locations. They are currently setting up the Ketchum location, which will open in a matter of weeks.

I want to express my gratitude to Beth, not only for this incredible opportunity but for being exactly who she is! She never ceases to amaze me with her kindness. Her heart is so pure. She has made 4 Roots a place for everyone. She is dedicated to her customers and cares for all of her staff.

I want to assure you that my number one goal is to be there for all of you the way she has.

We will still be offering 50% off to cancer patients. It will still be the same, upbeat, safe place for people with food allergies and who care about their health. We will still be using all of the same high quality ingredients and remain a dedicated gluten free facility.
