Elevation 486 Food and Spirits for the New West! We offer lunch service MON-SAT from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and Happy hour is from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

We are blessed to be in this one-in-a-million location, perched on the south rim of the canyon, in the great state of Idaho, 486 vertical feet above the beautiful Snake River. We offer full dinner service nightly, MON-SAT until 10:00 PM and our lounge is open until 11:00 PM. We look forward to serving all who enjoy exceptional & delicious entrees, locally brewed craft b**rs from our partner establishment Milner’s Gate, custom hand-crafted adult beverages featuring Idaho-distilled spirits, fine w**es from Idaho, the Pacific Northwest and the West Coast, all of which can be enjoyed with our spectacular views! Bourbon lovers this one is for you! Elijah Craig bourbon is fundraising for their restaurant/food service fund. The company raises money for restaurant/food service workers in need or going through emergency situations. We have created a delicious take on an old fashion with their classic, smooth bourbon as the main star of this cocktail. With chocolate biiters, honey simple syrup, and a smoked finish to add an extra layer of flavor. Come try our ‘Golden Old Fashioned’ and help with this amazing cause.

▫️’Farfalle with Beef & Mushrooms’
- Sauteed ribeye steak, with sliced white button mushrooms, in a sherry cream sauce, tossed with bowtie pasta fresh peas, topped with shredded parmesan.

▫️’Pan Broiled Salmon’
- A boneless, skinless filet, pan broiled with buttee and herbs, finished with a light, flavorful lemon-garlic-leek sauce.

▫️Elevation’s Sloppy Joe: marinated sirloin ground beef, seasoned and cooked with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onions, peppers, garlic. Topped with a slice of melted cheddar and provolone cheese. Served on a toasted bun.

- A 6 oz cut of prime rib, dusted with Cajun spices, seared on the grill, topped with melted bleu cheese, served on a toasted bun with lettuce, onion, tomato, and a red pepper remoulade.
