Wine Lovers! This one is for you! Our newest wine feature is the ‘Koenig Vineyards, Dry Riesling’, from Snake River Valley, in our very own state. Hailed one of the best Rieslings in years, which is saying something as Idaho is known for its Rieslings. Aromas of orange marmalade, tangerine zest, timothy hay, and daffodil lead to full flavors of cantaloupe, baked apple, ginger honey and lingering orange zest. A wonderful, bright wine that pairs beautifully with our ‘Thai Beef Salad’ and our guest favorite ‘Fire-Grilled Quail.’ Your glass awaits you!

New Dinner Specials! Visit us for dinner this week and enjoy both of these flavorful and delicious dishes while they are available! It may be summer, but is there really ever a bad time for calamari or a hot bowl of Cioppino? The answer is no. Make a reservation by phone or through our website!

✨Flash Fried Calamari: Rings and tentacles, lightly dusted with Cajun spices, flash-fried, served with a slightly spicy chili-lime-Siracha dipping sauce.

✨Northwest Style Cioppino: A healthy seafood stew, created by Italian fisherman in San Francisco. Our version is made with clams, salmon, prawns, scallops, and mussels, simmered in a rich tomato broth. Served with toasted sourdough bread.

🔸Seared Ahi Salad:
Sashimi grade ahi tuna, seasoned with our slightly-spicy dry rub, seared rare, served over a bed of organic mixed greens with tomato, onion, grated carrot, and sesame-soy-ginger dressing.

🔸Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich
A boneless chicken breast, flame broiled, served on a toasted bun with grilled pineapple, lettuce, onion, tomato, a spicy-Siracha sauce.

Happy Wednesday! It is the middle of the week. The hump as they call it, and we have the perfect lunch set up to revitalize you and get you ready to take on the rest of the week. Take a moment to enjoy a fresh and delicious lunch that is perfect for these hot summer days.

Start your lunch with our Mozarella Buratta and Ripe Tomatoes. Balsamic glaze and basil oil drizzled on top with salt and pepper. A fresh, healthy starter.

Next is our version of the classic club. Stacked high with turkey, ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo; all on delicious toasted sourdough.

Pair these dishes with a glass of our Rue De Perle Vin Rose, from France. A wonderful, crisp, and reshreshing wine with flavor notes of bright raspberry and citrus.

- One dozen medium prawns, sautéed with olive oil, butter, cilantro, lime, garlic, tomato, and our Sante Fe Spice blend for a wonderful southwestern flair.

🔹Chicken Senegalese
- Free range chicken breast, sautéed in a light cream sauce of mild curry, shallots, fresh apple, and sherry. Served over toasted coconut rice. A signature dish from our sister restaurant ‘The Sawtooth Club.’
